Router Replacement |
Let Pixius cover the cost of replacing your broken or damaged router. Exchange your old router at your nearest Pixius location free of charge. Also available, let Pixius mail a new router to you for a shipping and handling fee of $8.50, or have your router delivered to you for the standard service fee of $50.00. |
On-Site Service |
Pixius will cover the standard $50.00 service fee and any additional labor done on Pixius supplied electronic equipment, wiring, and service quality testing. |
Pixius Parts Replacement |
Let Pixius cover the cost of replacing standard installation parts which include the subscriber radio module, antenna, surge suppressor, mounting brackets, and wiring. Replacement of the subscriber radio module is subject to an $80.00 fee. |
